We brown the butter, stir in old-fashioned oats, a touch of molasses and cinnamon, and bake them until they're soft in the middle with those perfect chewy edges. Then we sandwich them with our whipped crème filling, not too sweet, just that fluffy, marshmallow-y center that oozes out when you take a bite.
